On October 18th, our field crew completed a fan array retrofit for a healthcare air-handling unit in New York City, delivering full operational reliability within a 10-hour live-facility window, with zero disruption to hospital operations.

𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
🔹 Total Airflow Capacity: ≈ 22 000 CFM @ ~6″ static pressure
🔹 Configuration: Six (6) direct-drive EC blowers + one extra-capacity module for redundancy
🔹 Controls: Advanced electrical panel with six overloads and Carel controller
🔹 Components: Backflow dampers and BFD sleeves for safe, balanced operation
🔹 Commissioning: Factory-balanced fan modules for precise airflow and vibration control
